Alex is a geophysicist with 10 years of professional and research experience in mineral exploration and other subsurface sciences. Alex has a PhD in Geophysics from Stanford University and a BS in Applied Geophysics from Michigan Tech.

Tyler is a geologist with 13 years of experience in mining, including exploration, project evaluation, and production. Tyler has a PhD in Geological Sciences from Stanford University and a Bachelors in Geological Sciences from Hartwick College.

Hugo is a mining and metals executive with 20 years of experience spanning technology commercialization, venture capital, and operational leadership across the global resource sector. He is Founder and CEO of EverMetal Capital and CEO – USA of Elemental Group, where he leads large-scale critical minerals and recycling platforms securing supply for strategic industries. He is also on the board of Rare Earths Americas.

Eduards is a senior mining executive and corporate finance specialist with extensive experience acquiring, developing, and divesting mineral projects globally. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Uranium One and Lotus Resources, where he led exploration programs, advanced mine development, and integrated mine-to-market operations. Prior, he worked in corporate finance and strategy at Royal Bank of Canada and KPMG.

David A. John

David A. John, PhD

Resource Geology

David A. John is a former Research Geologist from the Minerals Program of the U.S. Geological Survey, where he worked on refining the geological framework and mineral resource models of important mining districts and volcanic terranes across the western United States. His research focused on geologic mapping, tectonic history, and the magmatic-hydrothermal processes that control the distribution of ore-forming systems, bringing deep scientific insight into the geological controls on mineralization.

David Benhaim

David is a founder, operator, advisor and investor in deep-tech. After graduating MIT in 2013 he co-founded Markforged (Carbon Fiber Industrial 3D Printing), helping to scale it from a garage startup to a $2.1B IPO. Subsequently, he co-founded Backflip AI, where he oversaw R&D of state-of-the-art 3D CAD foundation models. With strong expertise spanning software, hardware, additive manufacturing and AI, David brings deep technical leadership and operational execution to companies aiming to shape the physical world through intelligent machines.
