About the Role
We’re accelerating the pace of mineral discovery. To scale up fast, we’re hiring a sharp business operator to help us grow our team, refine operations, and execute field campaigns across North America. This isn’t a paper-pushing role — this is a high-leverage position at the nerve center of one of the fastest-moving mineral exploration teams on the planet. You’ll work directly with the founders, helping lead the charge as we transform exploration from fragmented guesswork to integrated execution. Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the founders to scale ops, hiring, and growth strategy.
- Drive execution across business functions: finance, legal, logistics, recruiting, brand.
- Develop collateral — from internal dashboards to external pitch decks.
- Help evaluate new mineral projects and structure potential transactions.
- Support investor and partner communication.
- Own problems. Ship solutions. Raise the bar.
Qualifications
- MBA, startup ops, or founder experience.
- Hungry to join a mission that matters and a team that delivers.
- Organized under pressure. Decisive in ambiguity.
- Operate with high trust, tight feedback loops, and no ego.
Bonus Points
- Finance/investor relations background.
- Strong writing/design skills (pitch decks, data visuals, short-form content).
- Exposure to mining or mineral exploration transactions.
- Legal, compliance, or M&A fluency.
